Palm Beach Barre classes

Palm Beach BARRE is a full-body workout that effectively strengthens, lengthens, tones, and aligns the entire body. It's a great combination of cardio and strength training, blending elements of core conditioning, ballet, pilates, yoga, & orthopedic exercises. It's a very focused workout, utilizing small range of motion and high repetition movements that target all the major muscle groups in the body.
